There is no respawn. Every run is a contract with the Citadel: go in light, climb toward the prize, and carry it back out alive. Get greedy and the floor keeps everything you brought.

A Revenant is a built body, not a born one — DNA aggregated from history's deadliest soldiers and imprinted with the muscle memory and combat doctrine of modern special forces. On Ortus, each frame is inhabited by a bodyless consciousness: a person whose body was lost or never cloned, reborn into a machine that already knows how to fight.
